Beyond just leaving the place spotless, she took the initiative to organize the house, she even sorted and organized my brother's clothes after a recent trip. There are a few things like drying the sinks, or make the bed perfectly well that would give him 5 stars but honestly we are satisfied enough, and I am sure he would definitely pay attention to these things if someone asks to.
