Great cleaners but a terrible company! They try to trick you into a membership and just start randomly scheduling additional cleanings. Aida was great but this company is trying to bill Me for a membership that I did not sign up for and it’s ridiculous trying to speak to someone and cancel this stuff. Company is a scam ! Did not clean windows possible an oversight! As I did not mention it as I was told it was part of the cleaning?? Otherwise everything else was good! Was here from 9:00 to 12:00 noon!!

I want to take this time and thank Carnita for cleaning my new home, under uncomfortable circumstances. that day my electricity was supposed to be working but when we both got there, there was no hot water no electricity dispite all that she managed to do a great job althought she missed couple spots due to the dakness. overall I would recommend her to whoever need a clean home in Louisville.

Leticia is far and away the best cleaner I have ever had! She covers the details, tiny spots of dirt don't have a chance. Only comment is that I wish she spoke English.

Vera has really great communication. We texted several days before the appointment and then again at the start of the appointment (I was at work). She managed her time well and got a lot done in my requested cleaning time. I will definitely be rebooking!

Jacquelyn was very responsive to my requests and did a good job. Only reason not five stars is because didn’t clean up floors after cleaning stove/oven and refrigerator - I had to clean those after she left. However, she was constantly in communication confirming appointment for several days prior to appointment and was very punctual, which I appreciate. Would request her again.

I don’t want to tell y’all how good of a job she did because she would be too booked and busy for me. But my house is spotless, between getting double bachelors two jobs and Dylan with depression, and a touch of ADHD my house specifically the laundry in bathroom were a wreck she came in. It was so sweet I didn’t feel judged or like a burden at all. I already scheduled my next four appointments.

I really like LaCasha she was very good. But 2 things were not good. 1 she didn't clean the hood above the stove and 2 she changed the functionality of kitchen sink faucet sprayer. Unfortunately I am strong enough to change back that faucet. Everything else was excellent.

Jana is wonderful. She cleans all the corners and knows exactly what she's doing. This is her second time here and I'm looking forward to our next.
