Yvette was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, considerate, and efficient. I had been in a bad place mentally for about a year and hadn't seen the floor in my room for that long! Today I am able to see my floor walk my entire room and everything! She treated all of my things with care and dignity, never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed! Susan was unable to clean for me. She came on time and was very nice however I requested cleaning the kitchen (stove, oven and refrigerator) and bathrooms. Susan does not clean stoves or ovens. Request a full refund.

Her and Roma did a good job. I was a little surprised that my 6 hour clean was split between her and Roma and therefore we had a 3 and a half hour clean, which was fine. Just wish I knew that up front.

Only reason not five stars is because didn’t clean up floors after cleaning stove/oven and refrigerator - I had to clean those after she left. However, she was constantly in communication confirming appointment for several days prior to appointment and was very punctual, which I appreciate. Would request her again.
