I am an independent contractor through this company, you will have to deal with both until you make a decision basically find somebody that you like. No need to listen to clients that know nothing about cleaning plus only want a one time cleaning and haven't cleaned in months/years. Don't choose a thorough detail cleaning (it includes everything) if you only want general cleaning and vice versa. Please do not leave gloves around and assume they are mine, my gloves go straight into the garbage after they are done before leaving any room plus my gloves are just to protect my hands from unseen germs or chemicals the only time I've ever had dirty gloves was when I was working loading dumpsters and hauling (Joseph's gloves were stuck to the counter and they were dirty) also read my preferences. If I go to a grocery store to get my vinegar please do not assume all my products come from the grocery store. Under heavy furniture is a two-person job, sometimes I can get it done, but it is not included in general cleaning more time will be needed. Time yourself while doing everything you would want me to do, and you will realize that I am your girl with over 450 properties done in the past year there is nothing I cannot do when given the proper time to do it. I am elderly/disable, child/family friendly, but I need pets in a secure space so I can clean. I also provide training for children to learn how to actually clean for the families that are in need of that additional support. This company HG or any middle man company does not supply us with any supplies or a travel fee. I bring my own, however I do ask my clients to consider that when they tip and I encourage my clients to have their own basic household tools such as broom, mop, vacuum.
