Isachy did amazing cleaning with 1st time in my house ,House looked super cleaned and she was patient and good work.

Tracy was very kind and polite! She does a great job cleaning and left my apartment in excellent condition before she left.

Omg!!! Sheryl was so extremely nice. So understanding, so awesome to work with. My usually very shy kids were showing her their toys because of how nice she was to them. She did a fantastic job in my bathrooms. Would highly recommend!!

It looks like the family room didn’t get dusted,4 end tables, mantel, fireplace vents. Vacuuming and hardwood floor cleaned and look great tho. next time I will have a swiffer duster ready if she doesn’t have one or a cleaning towel. I appreciate her friendly attitude and willingness to whatever I ask her to do and she is very reliable and respectful of my home.

I am objective. Thais did a solid job including cleaning bathrooms, washing and folding clothes. and she placed in drawer. best work. would give a 5 but she cannot take request or criticism well. wants more pay if your house had more pay if she thinks the job is too much.

Caroline, what you cleaned was thorough, but your time management needs to be improved so you can complete the job. I offered to pay you extra to complete but why did you leave sooner than agreed? The main level toilet and my front door were abandoned! Still giving you 4* as you are young and have room to improve.

David was excellent but the process wasn’t. My cleaner changed at least 5 times. I made arrangements for different times because Homeaglow changed arrival times over and over again. I had to change my plans for the day.

Not An entirely bad experience, however, the hot spot areas I specified like my blinds, Windowsills, And stainless steel were missed. I generally prefer someone with a keen eye detail. Everything else is pretty good, the first housekeeper that I had just set the bar really high, I guess.
