Overall Brittany was good. The only issue was the living room floor and kitchen floor wasnt vacuumed clean. I could see dust at the corners as is. May be she was busy she mentioned about a conflict she had for next appointment.

Ra and his POC did a fabulous job today. They went above and beyond. The folding job was fabulous and I was asked if they could do more. The kitchen was spotless and looked like new. I will say, maybe just ask before you move around appliances. But it was actually nice to see some rearranged items and more space in areas.

Great Experience with Katrecia! Katrecia was professional and kind. She had to reschedule from Thursday to Saturday and gave me an hour off the original three-hour booking. She ended up working two hours but only charged for one—so generous! In that time, she got a lot done and left my place looking great. Highly recommend her.
