Due to a lack of time management, I had to reschedule from Friday to Saturday. She arrived late on the reschedule. She invoiced for time not spent cleaning as I'd She arrived on time. I await a 1 hour refund.

Sarah arrived on time and listened to what I asked. She accomplished the cleaning I asked for. I was very happy with her work and would like to work with her again.
