Hi there. I'm Sarah, I also go by Ace. Im not trying to bragg but honestly, I don't think anyone has regretted accepting me to be their designated cleaner. Starting off: I take a tour of my clients house, give them my opinion on what needs to be done, listen to their wants and needs, we as a team brainstorm and then I take action and get it done. I am by far a "basic kinda cleaner", I am that person that goes above and beyond to keep my clients happy. Im not gonna say I'm the fastest at what i do, but I do move pretty fast. I don't believe in riding a clock. If I'm there I'm there to work. I do take frequent breaks (cig breaks) but I make up for that time lost. Well I'ma closet out now by saying... For cleaning sessions that are five or more hours, a two-person team (myself and one other) may show up and get the job done in half the time. You will still be billed the full amount of hours requested because the only reason it got done in half the time is because two people showed up and both people need to get paid for the work they performed. If you schedule 6 hours and two of us show up and did it in 3 hours, you will still be invoiced the full 6 hours so each person can be paid for their 3 hour contribution to the job. If this is a problem, please text me and let me know upon scheduling your appointment and we'll address it. Please consider this your advisement on how I will be handling these jobs moving forward. Thank you. __________________________________________________________________________ I am clean and I clean thoroughly. I moved here from GA in February 2025. Rent in GA for a size home I need for my family is around 750/900 a month. Here in VA it’s 1800/2000. The cost of living was much lower and so was the income (avg 30000 / 40000 a year). Virginia's law stipulates that one's rent can only make up 1/3 of your income. By this policy and my last couple years paperwork, VA would have us living in, literally speaking, a cardboard box. They are requiring me to make 65000/72000 a year in order to put my family in a home. As a result my paperwork does not meet the VA requirements for rentals and landing a home has been quite a challenge because they can’t see past their policies to see the light. That said, in either case, I need to adjust my salary to meet VA’s needs so that I can meet my family’s needs. If you see it as steep, talk to the VA housing authority about it. Either way, you will get your money’s worth.
