Jackie was attentive to our requests, worked around our situation and was very thorough. Bathrooms were spotless, mirrors done and all floors were vacuumed and mopped.

Ebony was amazing, she moved quickly! I allotted 5 hours for the job and it only took her 3.5 hours. I will definitely be using her again on a regular basis!

Now this is how someone should clean. I wish this company trained their cleaners. Brittany would make a great trainer. She is sweet personable brings her own supplies and they are clean!!! Like clean clean. She throughly cleaned each room without having to stand over her and guide her. How is this not standard? Get more cleaners like Brittany and your customers are going to be much happier.

If I had the cash I’d give 50+ for tip . Was very patient and understanding ! Did such a great job !! I would most definitely recommend

I’d actually say 4.8. This is the best cleaning I’ve had since signing up. Dusting of items on bathroom shelves and decor on walls was really the only thing that I can see was missed.

She was absolutely wonderful. My furniture looks brand new, she polished it so well. The bathrooms and rooms look and smell so nice. I highly recommend her and appreciate her hard work. She worked for 6 hours without a break and my home shows it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I love Tabitha but this time there were some issues. The microwave wasn’t cleaned, the bath rugs were tossed on the tub and there was still places in the floor that did t get cleaned. Also the shower was not cleaned. I just wish it would actuallly smell cleaned. Also, for some reason the edge of my rug and a big spot in the rug in the bedroom we’re all soaking wet.

Kathryn did a great job for us! Very thorough and so kind! The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was because she wasn't able to get to the basement. Our biggest concern for the basement was the floor and we thought she'd at least get to that. Maybe next time.

Tabitha is phenomenal. I had several Cleaners and Rose didn’t bother to show up and didn’t bother to call. Tabatha has the most thorough, conscientious cleaner I’ve ever had at this company or others. Unlike a lot of the rest of your folks, I’ve encountered, Tabatha actually treats the cleaning is a real job and doesn’t exactly what she’s supposed to do and more.

She is so kind and very good at what she does. She makes sure to clean everything and leaves it smelling great.
