May 5, 2023, was my first encounter and there was no cleaning on that day because I learned before she arrived that my builder was going to re-paint the interior of my home. I explained to her that after the painting was completed, I would schedule a cleaning. Alexis was very pleasant and personable.

Not bad pretty good work. The shower wasn't cleaned to remove all the stains that were on the glass door and spots were still on the shower walls. The very top of piece of bedroom furniture wasn't dusted off. Other than those two issues I was very pleased.

The cleaning was amazing - however she used my cleaning products - Bleach, scrub bubbles, Kaboom - without asking to use them and then proceeded to place them in her basket and leave with them.
