I really like China however while cleaning my office she knocked some expensive IT equipment on the floor including a docking station and left it there. nothing was damaged but it sure could have been.

What can I say she went above and beyond! such exceptional cleaning! I would definitely have her come back :) my house was a wreck wreck working full time and having a 9 month and a 16 years old and husband always busy working barely have time to clean and made it look excellent very nice and respectful lady. I recommend her 1,000%!!

Corrin did a good job cleaning; however, I don't know where the disconnect is but for the last two (2) appointments I had asked for 4 hours (and 1 of those hours was to be used to clean my refrigerator). To date, this has not been done. In fact, Corrin stated to me that she was only supposed to work 3 hours! I don't get it.

All cleaning requests were completed in the 6-hr timeframe and the results exceeded my expectations. The floors are beautiful and the layout of furniture in the dining room looks wonderful. I love Tabitha but this time there were some issues. The microwave wasn’t cleaned, the bath rugs were tossed on the tub and there was still places in the floor that did t get cleaned. Also the shower was not cleaned. I just wish it would actuallly smell cleaned. Also, for some reason the edge of my rug and a big spot in the rug in the bedroom we’re all soaking wet.

We’ve had 3 different cleaners come, but Erica has been the best! I will only be requesting her from now on!

Shaquanna came in and once again, did a great job for us; however, not sure if there was a miscommunication or what, but our carpet upstairs wasn't vacuumed and the floors in the basement weren't cleaned. Floors are listed as a priority for us, so not sure why they weren't done. None the less, we will be continuing with Shaquanna. She does a great job.

Tabatha has the most thorough, conscientious cleaner I’ve ever had at this company or others. Unlike a lot of the rest of your folks, I’ve encountered, Tabatha actually treats the cleaning is a real job and doesn’t exactly what she’s supposed to do and more.

We’ve had Dreena clean for us a couple of times now in our new house. She does a fantastic job and we keep saying “Wow! It looks so good in here!” We definitely plan on having her back!
