I only want 3 - 4 hours of services at my house for each cleaning. I have already requested this previously.

Patricia did a nice job! She was 30 minutes late which caused issues with our schedules. she said a wreck on her route caused it. We will always be ready for her at 9:00.

Amanda was great! I was grateful that she accepted the assignment last minute. She was thorough and well prepared to do all the dusting that I can’t do. I was shocked to see all the dust bunnies in one of our main vents. my moms bathroom that had a smell that I couldn’t get rid of was taken care with Amanda’s help.

He didn't pay much attention to details. Dusting wasn't done to my liking. I told him to clean the kitchen including stove and he was packing up to go saying he was finished and the stove wasn't cleaned. He did clean it after I pointed it out plus he had 15 minutes left on the alloted time so had time.and it wasn't very dirty anyway. I realized he is young so has lot more learning to do..
