Kathryn went above and beyond the call of duty. I’m sensitive to chemicals and she was so respectful of that. She killed all the bugs that had invaded my new place and made my home spotless! I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again! Absolutely superb!

Great cleaning for the price you pay for first your visit. Home-A-Glow should pay a little more for these initial cleaning visits. Minor critiques for Gina we shared. Overall our home was cleaned.

I really liked her amiable personality and she cleaned very well. We got along very well and she did such an excellent job. Only con - Start time was 11:00. She texted she was running late. She arrived at 11:39 and by the time she went back to her car and came back to start, it was 11:53. Hopefully, today's late start was a one time occurrence.

Nakia had a great attitude. She did a really nice job getting the dust bunnies and making sure the doors were clean. She only missed cleaning the kitchen sinks but ran out of time!

I was pleased with the cleaning Shaquisha provided. I am not pleased with homeaglow. It has been somewhat of a nightmare. My appointment dates, times and cleaner were changed more than once. I will not be using homeaglow for my future cleaning services.

If there is something you would like to see improved, she is willing to listen and make the breezeway necessary adjustments OR make a different recommendation. I’m very happy with the way Belinda took care of my house. I have a Parkinson. And unlimited to what I can do. My husband used to take care of the house, but he died in January and I have been unable to keep up on the maintenance. Belinda was a thorough and thoughtful cleaner.

Nakia did a good job but was only here for about an hour of the 6 hours I was supposed to get. Basic cleaning wipe down sweep and used a swift to do the mopping don’t know if she was in a hurry or it was Sunday. Still thinking about rebooking. Very respectful

Alisa arrived on time, and clean ok. she actually worked 2.5 hours not 3 hours I ordered, I wrote down some works for her and told her more things when she arrived, but she keep asking me after 2 hours, I can tell she wanted to leave then, so I let her go after 2.5 hours, even cleaning is not done yet.

Anchella did an amazing job. She was able to get rid of stains that I couldn’t remove. She’s very sweet.
