I have used Karol twice. she is very thorough and does an amazing job cleaning. She is also very pleasant to work with. She speaks very little English, but manages to communicate by using an app on her phone to type in Spanish which then translates it into English. I would definitely use her again.I already tipped Karol in cash on the days she cleaned for me.
