Sara is extremely conscientious, and makes sure she completes everything I need for the cleaning , and that everything is to my liking before she leaves. She checks with me ahead of doing anything or using a product of which she is unclear should be used. I know I can trust Sara!

Beside my usual cleaning, Joel shampooed the carpets in my living room and one bedroom. He then dusted all of the decorative fish hanging on the walls in my bathroom (many, many fish from the 50’s and 60’s). He didn’t stop moving from the time he arrived till he finished. He’s developed a routine cleaning my home and I’m happy with the work he does.

OMG, she was so helpful and sweet! She did everything that needs to be done and more… She was profesional and on time, RELIABLE which it’s more than I can say for the other cleaners that were supposed to come and all had issues!!! Raquel got an amazing amount of work done in the time allotted. My house was really cluttered and dirty. Raquel and her assistant knew just what to do and were wonderfully organizational and unobtrusive as I worked away in my office in another part of the house. They had a lot to do and got it done quickly and with a great attitude. I would have them back anytime.

Kiwanian left after 2 hrs. No garbage was put out, and the master bedroom shower was not cleaned. She did a great job of things she did clean, but there were things left to do in the remaining time. She has a great personality! I will give her a list of things to do for next time.

Cleaning was good but none of the wastebaskets or trash was picked up. They usually empty all wastebaskets and big trash area under sink. Maybe she forget. I did tip her.
