Friendly, helpful, very thorough. Went above and beyond (cleaned my coffee machine, made the bed, etc) what was listed on the site. I was able to work in the house without distraction while she was cleaning and leave the house when I needed to. This was a 5-hour cleaning and she worked through it.

Rebecca did a great job. Very thorough and helpful. The only problem was problems with setting appointments, etc. Getting use to you system is difficult. Appointments not scheduled kept showing up. Once worked out all should be good.
