To the comments about her cancelling last minute — she explained that she got into a car accident a couple of months ago and had to cancel a lot of clients’ appointments. (kindly, I just don’t want her service to be underestimated). she truly is very kind and helpful.

I requested attention to my stairs, bathrooms, and closet.
