Ana is such a lovely lady, she did a good job with the part she completed but she ran out of time and wasn’t able to complete what I had asked. I wish I could communicate better with her because I think we could have resolved what wasn’t done to my expectations

Kavon seems to be a no-nonsense type of person. He can in, asked what I wanted and proceeded to get to work. He was thorough and detailed in completing his tasks

Nakia provided a great service. He was polite, professional, and punctual. When Nakia arrived, he asked about areas of concern or that needed special attention and got to work immediately. I was pleased with the outcome. I will be requesting Nakia for my biweekly cleanings.

I just recently had surgery on my ankle so right now I am even unable to walk so Tori came in and clean my apartment I told her what I wanted done and she went straight to work she left my my place smelling so good thank you and I will be having her come back

Very respectful of my home, cleaned all 3 bathrooms, stairwell and vacuum my livingroom. If you do not want your products used I would recommend asking upfront versus assume they use their own products. I didn't mind the use of my products however I know some people may have other expectations so just keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise she did a good job.

I was very reluctant to hire a cleaning service due to the bad condition of my home. Tatiana was very understanding and communicated with me the entire process and made me feel safe that she would take care of our home. Our apartment felt brand-new after their cleaning, and I felt like I had a much needed re-set for me and my children. The place was spotless! Will definitely hire again!

I was in the ER when they arrived. I told her this but I was caught up with ER. She was very nice when I explained the situation to her. I did not call to cancel because of emergency room. I would like to reschedule for next month

She arrived at 10:12 and left at 12:17 so not sure how that’s 2.75 hours. Left a bleach stain on the bathroom rug. The house is clean but these are my issues

NeShiya did a great job getting rid of a water stain in the bathroom sink. The challenge we had were not all shelves were cleaned and when the trash was taken out new bags were not put in. Clients wound up putting trash in bins without trash bags which created another challenge. In almost three hours of cleaning she didn’t manage to fully vacuum and mop.

I am quite pleased with the cleaning done by Amanda and I would like to request that she be my cleaner for my next job. Thank you

This is my 2nd appt with Nichelle. She was more familiar with the house and our families needs this go around. She is sweet and very pleasant and whole heartedly wants to do a great job and open to feedback when she’s done. She quickly corrected a few missed spots from last time with no problem. House is clean and smells amazing. :)
