Showed up early for a walk through, listened carefully, checked to make sure I was okay with the products she used, was very courteous and quiet (while my baby napped)

I was very reluctant to hire a cleaning service due to the bad condition of my home. Tatiana was very understanding and communicated with me the entire process and made me feel safe that she would take care of our home. Our apartment felt brand-new after their cleaning, and I felt like I had a much needed re-set for me and my children. The place was spotless! Will definitely hire again!

I was in the ER when they arrived. I told her this but I was caught up with ER. She was very nice when I explained the situation to her. I did not call to cancel because of emergency room. I would like to reschedule for next month

She arrived at 10:12 and left at 12:17 so not sure how that’s 2.75 hours. Left a bleach stain on the bathroom rug. The house is clean but these are my issues

NeShiya did a great job getting rid of a water stain in the bathroom sink. The challenge we had were not all shelves were cleaned and when the trash was taken out new bags were not put in. Clients wound up putting trash in bins without trash bags which created another challenge. In almost three hours of cleaning she didn’t manage to fully vacuum and mop.

I am quite pleased with the cleaning done by Amanda and I would like to request that she be my cleaner for my next job. Thank you
