Overall, Nicaury did a nice job cleaning basic areas. It was a little difficult to communicate due to different language. She is a hard worker and very focused on job.

Bill is so organized that when he is cleaning, he clears everything that is messy but oftentimes it is difficult to locate the items moved. Other than that he is awesome. His work is meticulous.

Overall Alex food a good job. Things were clean, and she followed my requested list of items to tackle. Reason for 4 stars is that when I went into my spare bathroom one of the sinks was clogged with caps in the drain so I had to take it all apart.

Congrats on cleaning my stove but I have some negative and positive thought about the service, the negative is that she did not have the right equipment and she said she did not have enough time, the positive is even though she did not have any time she tried her hard work and did impress me with the time she had.

Victor did a good job. I was a bit disappointed that he didn't clean the stairs, it doesn't appear he mopped one of the bathroom floors and left cleaning powder in one of the toilets.

I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!
