Excellent. Thorough. Lorenna cares about her work and is conscientious. She even felt badly when I showed her how the previous cleaner ruined my expensive stove by using damaging cleaners rather than stainless steel cleaner. I never heard from Homeaglow about it either. Lorenna is wonderful

She didn’t have time to finish every room, but offered to make it up on the next cleaning, so I think now that she’s been to our home once she will better be able to manage the time. I highly recommend Jovan. She was very communicative through the initial stages of setting up the appointment and what I needed cleaning at my house. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction.

The only issue was the arrival time. She was scheduled for 10 AM but did not arrive until after 11 AM

Lauren is great! She is more than a cleaner…she does anything you ask with a smile! She cleaned my entire laundry room and then did a once over of my kitchen AND STILL went to clean out and change the liner and litter for the litter box of my two cats.
