Alexandra was amazing, listened to all my specific directions about cleaning supplies and what to do. Even added nice touches like spraying my air freshener, making the toilet paper rolls have a little triangle at the end, airing out the bathroom, and fluffing all the pillows. I felt like I came home to a hotel.

Did not dust picture frames mopped but I don’t think sweeping was through because there were pieces of stuff here and there

I just moved from overseas with lots of boxes filled with stuff and no furniture to store it away properly. Expected Fabiana’s team to refuse the dire situation after walking through the door. They ended up making the best of the space with no instruction required of me. Very impressed with their intuition and creativity, as well as making the house sparkling clean.

Very nice person to work with. Not much was completed in house due to the amount of time spent on master bedroom and bathroom which toilets were never cleaned. Appropriate mop is needed to clean wood floors… I’ll be prepared to use my own mop from the beginning next time. Great with vacuuming. I would use her again but with more guidance.

Overall he did a good job, admittedly our house was long overdue to be cleaned. It wasn't perfect but I am happy with his work. I like that I was able to pay for the extra window cleaning and baseboard cleaning which typically is not an option with cleaning services I have used in the past. Looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks.
