On time, very pleasant, I love that during the walk through she understand what I was looking to achieve and mapped out a plan. she definitely gave me peace of mind and was very understanding. she worked efficiently and thoroughly.. There was a ton to do and she did it all in three hours, including vacuuming my many couches and the carpets yo remove pet fur and odors and cleaning the microwave. She has her own carpet cleaning machine, which is great for next time.

She did a very good job...just a few small things that could be better next time. I will book her again fo sure.

I really have no complaints about the work Maudeline did. She did a very thorough cleaning job. my only issue is that the dirty water was dumped in the tub, which now created a clogged up tub after it was just cleaned. So now I’m having to buy a bunch of products to unclog it.

She did not use her 4+ hours well. I did not feel that my house felt clean after she left. My shower and mirrors needed me to go back and clean them. But she is lovely.
