Angel was able to send a female cleaner by the name of Arlin and she was wonderful. She was on-time (even arrived early and sat out front till our time!). She was very thorough and timely and we communicated thru google translate as we spoke different languages. I would definitely recommend Arlin and would love to have her back!

She did amazing, focused on the things I asked her to focus on and i was very happy about that. My bathrooms and floors needed some work and she really took the time to take care of that for me.

Antonio was thorough overall and paid attention to my directions. He did miss a few things. He just pulled up the comforter and left pillows on the floor and the kitchen floor was sticky but clean. He was thorough with wiping things down and it looked great. A little tweeking and he would get a 5 star from me.

Ashley did a fairly good job in the 2 hours she was here. She did not dust in the master bedroom as requested though, if she would have stayed the whole 3 hours I'm sure it would have been dusted as well.

Honestly, I was going to cancel this service before Ashley came today. It's been 2 months of one ridiculous situation after another and the house has never been clean: poor quality work, leaving early, not cleaning entire rooms, asking for cash to complete the job-just ridiculous.
