The work was done in 2 hours with two people. I still paid for 4 hours. They cleaned the entire house though in the given time. 2 of my 3 bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly but the 3rd bathroom was cleaned mediocrely with stains still in the shower floor and the drain wasn’t completely cleaned either. But Jana is easy to work with. I would definitely like to work with her again.

Katherina did a very nice job. She was thorough with the floors, even rolling up rugs and cleaning under them. She also worked fast.

I don’t recognize the person in the photo but the woman and her helper, Sebastian, did a good cleaning. Sebastian was very thorough in the kitchen especially with the microwave and oven. But one thing they missed was the shower glass door and wall. I will request them again.

Cleaning was ok but felt it was very slow. Two people came and they did complete 3 hours of cleaning in 1.5 hrs. Math wise it makes sense but total cleaning work was not equivalent. Btw, I did add the cash tip so I am not adding any tip here.

I was going to give a negative comment because they changed the time and I had a doctor's appointment at the time they came. However they were efficient, quick, nice, and tried their best to communicate even though they didn't speak English. The house smelled wonderful when I came back home. My mother who I left with them said they did a great job. So would hire them next time.

The first half of the cleaning was very detailed, including windows, shiny and spotless. Then I had an appointment and left the house, when I came back, the cleaner already left, it seems one bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Other than this, everything else is perfect.

Kathleen was very nice and did I a good job with the areas she cleaned. However, when She was ready to leave in 4 hours for a 5 hour appointment, I did the walk through and found out that she didn’t really dust much and left out areas in bath stalls. She did clean those after I pointed them out.
