Nancy was friendly and thorough. I’m rating her four stars instead of five given that she was 2.5 hours late (she thought the appointment was the next day). Also, she spent three hours cleaning 2.5 bathrooms only (although cleaned them well).

Melanie was extremely great! I have had two previous "cleaners" that were mediocre at best. Melanie was fantastically accommodating and a great communicator.
