Karen does a good job cleaning . I have OCD so I do like everything put back in its place. She has a tendency to move things around and not put them back where they belong . Not to a big degree but to someone with OCD even a little bit out of place can be very distracting. This is not a negative review because she cleans very well. Just needs to pay more attention to detail.

On time with a cheary greeting. Equipt for the job she got right to work. Did a great job. I told her that she did good work but I'm not going to be able to afford this.

Keyona communicated with me regularly before the appointment. She arrived on time. She was polite and respectful. She focused on the areas I requested to optimize her time. I docked her one star because she did not deep clean. But perhaps my expectation was unrealistic for her 1st visit, since she had a lot of areas to cover. Next time I’ll ask her to focus on limited areas and clean deeper.

She is new does not know what full house cleaning is. She did not bring vacuum cleaner and Mop. She is very nice, polite and she does what you ask her to do. I gave her tip too.

She arrived at 1 and stayed until 4 which is 3 hours which was the Quote I got from you . She did a great job. But I am canceling my contract with you I do not need your cleaning company again

Janice did a good job over all but there were a few things missed. She didn’t dust the top of my husbands dresser, didn’t dust the family room furniture and only cleaned the stove in the kitchen. She didn’t wipe down the counters . I would have her again and just explain what my expectations more clearly.
