Deep Cleaning Services in Marina del Rey, CA

She is quite young, doesn't speak English but understands it. However there were things lost in translation. The things she cleaned were for the most part cleaned well, but she isn't very observant. i.e. she cleaned the glass doors of the shower really well, but didn't clean the shower floor. It's tile and needed to be cleaned.

We had such a good experience, I sent a detailed message and she clearly read it asked questions when needed problem solved without my having to so yes no to every little thing. She used our supplies and left the house sparkling! So so happy we’ll definitely be booking her again!

Stanislava did a wonderful job. She was communicative before the appointment, arrived on time, and was very thorough and detail-oriented throughout the cleaning. The house was left in excellent condition. I booked a 3-hour visit, and she accomplished so much while paying attention to the small details. The bathrooms were spotless, the appliances were shining, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful hotel-style touches with the decorative toilet paper and hand towel folding!

everything looked nice, but she wasn’t great at time management. I had to ask her to move onto the next areas, I had to ask her to make the bed, I had to remind her of the time to make sure she had time to mop. There were also areas that were dusty that she did not clean.

Pavlo arrived on time which was great. However, he was instructed to concentrate on cleaning the 1.5 baths and the floors of an apartment. After 2 hours, the bathrooms weren't completed and he spent a bunch of time cleaning baseboards/molding which wasn't asked of him.

appliances were not cleaned, air flyer, washer and dryer and microwave. shower doors were not cleaned, still had water spots, soap dish wasn’t cleaned, mirror wasn’t cleaned. Luciana did and excellent job on getting the house cleaned. Other than the items missed she did an amazing job and I was very pleased. Perhaps I needed 4 hours to clean my house instead of 3 hours that was scheduled.

She did an excellent job with her cleaning but she was not fast and I feel her hourly rate is too high. She does not speak English but we were able to communicate with a translation app technology. She is nice and friendly. I don't mind having her back if her hourly rate is more reasonable.
