Donzel did a wonderful job and now my home smells clean again. He even stayed extra to get everything I wanted done.

She was ver good and diligent in her work today. She was pleasant, understood everything we discussed. Unfortunately, my house is a little bigger than we anticipated for the hour she put in, but that’s for another day. No complaints.

Margaret arrived late so I wasn't able to give her much instructions. Granted, I told her I was flexible with the start time, but I had a doctor's appointment and needed to leave. She was able to get everything I want done and I was pleased with the results.

Nancy was friendly and thorough. I’m rating her four stars instead of five given that she was 2.5 hours late (she thought the appointment was the next day). Also, she spent three hours cleaning 2.5 bathrooms only (although cleaned them well).
