Valeriya performed an excellent job with the flooring, demonstrating consistent productivity and thorough cleanup. My only recommendation is to utilize a granite-specific cleaner for the kitchen countertops instead of the product previously used, as it left a noticeable film that required secondary cleaning. Overall, her work ethic and attention to detail were commendable.

Nara is the best house Cleaner I've ever had. She does those extra touches that let's you know she takes outside in her work. She even made my bed without me asking. I had washer my sheets but had to leave before I could make it. I was not expecting her to do that but what a wonderful surprise to come home to. Amber provided another excellent service. This time, she brought a steamer because I had asked her to clean my leather couch. She brought the specific tools and products I requested for cleaning my couch. As I mentioned, if you have any other items you’d like her to clean, just let her know!

Good job! I'd have rated it five stars, but I was disappointed that she didn't have time to unload the dishwasher. Because of my bad back, that is really important to me. I appreciate her texting me when I asked where my carving knives were. She told me just where to look.

I had to leave for work before she could finish, but asked her to only do the floors in three rooms plus 1 bathroom & short hallway, I mainly wanted her to clean the kitchen and we should have started there because she couldn’t get to it before I had to leave for work at 11:30am so it was my fault. the rooms she did do were done with care and efficiency and for that I’m grateful.
