Missed the bathroom entirely., not even a sweep. Didn’t do as requested with the recyclables, or situation on kitchen counter. Noticed did not sweep under entry walk in table. Overall satisfied. With time and communication, greatness is definitely possible.

Absolutrly fantastic. Before she even started cleaning my roommate (I’m in the hospital so not home) texted me and told me she loved her. Just meaning she was great even before she started cleaning. Then afterwards she texted me and said she absolutely loved her cleaning. She did a great job and even mopped the floors which was what I needed.

She came in, and the mess didn’t faze her. She and her trainees worked so very hard and efficiently. They cleaned my apartment and made me feel whole again. I can’t thank her and her trainees enough. Things looked mostly clean. A few things weren't addressed, like the grout between tiles on the wall in the shower (they did clean the floor grout, but not the wall), and some more detailing of the shower door I was hoping they would do. The kitchen floor was mopped but there was also still a couple things left on the floor.

Heather did an amazing job! She pulled dust from areas where others did not! I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again!

The windows and mirrors look great and I have learned about the problems with double vaned windows that has not been cleaned in a very long time.
