Hi there! My name is Michelle and my cleaning experience began many moons ago when I was in my early 20's and volunteered to help a friend get her new cleaning business off on the right foot. We did residential jobs as well as commercial. When her business took off, she was able to hire some employees and I was able to branch off and work private jobs at my convenience. Over the years I have continued to do cleaning jobs off and on when I was going to school and raising my daughter. I am reliable, trustworthy, and able to understand directions efficiently. I am a fast worker, as I am always go go go go until the job is finished. I am strong and able to lift heavy objects (most of my friends say I should've been born a man because I have no problem taking on "manly" type tasks!). I am looking for residential jobs, as I don't have the heavier equipment required for some commercial cleanings, but feel free to ask and I will tell you whether or not the job is something I can manage. Good day. I am Laurie Facha, 50. I LOVE TO CLEAN. I believe deep cleaning is apart of weekly cleaning. I do the extras, the little things most over look like base boards and door trim, vacuuming edges and moving things instead of going around them. I do fridges inside & out and the top, windows, walls, cealing fans & lamps, garbage cans cleaned not just emptied. Those kinds of missed things by normal cleaners. There's nothing I can't clean. I know what is safe to use on what surfaces. I am also excellent in household repairs such as broken water pipes, cabinet repair, fixing holes in walls, fixing vacuums. I've worked for a general contractor so I can do pretty much anything except electrical. I also do all phases of yard work. Clean outs, inspection cleanings, moving cleaning, packing. I am outstanding at organizing things or down sizing. I do a very thorough job. I AM YOUR ONE PERSON FOR ALL OF YOUR NEEDS. I am friendly, honest, reliable and back my work.
