Bryanna did a really good job cleaning and she was very professional. She was good at organizing and asked for clarifying questions on tasks that I wanted completed. I would definitely use her again and appreciate her good communication skills.

Always does an incredible job and makes my home feel brand new. Great communication, fast and thorough cleaner, and not afraid of my friendly (big) dogs who happily jumped up on her. Professional and gracious about my house (wrecked by said dogs and a 6 year old human). Went the extra mile and washed the windows inside and out without my asking.

I was really impressed with the cleaning that got done. We’re just moving into a place that had the roof replaced and with open beamed ceilings, debris was everywhere. I was very impressed. I’m not too certain that she spoke English

For the most part does a really good job but doesn’t pay attention to details. Wiping the tray on the ottoman, vacuuming the cat tree cleaning microwave. But overall is consistent enough and better than others

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, and she was also just really friendly and easy to communicate with.

It was two different people. They did use the product I asked to used. Did not clean my tv. Also they did not speak english which made it difficult to give instructions. 1.5 hrs spent

She was quick and did a good job. My only suggestion would be to take note of the cleaning notes and entry notes. I leave specific instructions because I am often in meeting calls and it’s frustrating to answer questions about things I have specifically called out in the notes.

Communication was great via text on time changes, I appreciated that she checked in and arrived early to be on time. We needed google translate to communicate about the details to clean but overall she was very nice and receptive to instruction. She cleaned everything I asked her to clean and even put the kids toys away neatly a second time before she left.

The original expected time for arrival was 8:30am to 9:00 am. He texted me around 1:14am on the day to inform he wants to start at 11:00am. I understood today was a day after Christmas but if that’s the case, he shouldn’t have signed up for the service requesting early morning start.
