They were 1 1/2 hours late and did break something but as far as cleaning they went over the top and cleaned my screen door even! They brought everything they needed which was helpful too. This is the best we have our house cleaned so far. She didn’t garbage and cleaned off cat hair from the couches. She organized our kids stuff and fluffed pillows. She organized the controllers on our entertainment center and took care of dishes. She made it look like she really enjoys what she does. Even the small things were taken care of. It made me smile when I walked in the door.
