Hello. My name is Jeremy. I am a Custodian at Palmdale School District. I do this daily, 5 days a week for the last 12 years. I do just about everything except for carpet cleaning unless you have a machine for me to use. I plan on getting one in the future. If Im late for any reason I will even out the time. For example if you order a 3 hour cleaning from 10am-1pm and I get there at 10:05 am (It will be due to traffic. Sometimes I drive an hour or hour 1/2 to get to you), I will clean until 1:05pm. My aim is always to get there about 10-15 minutes before our appointment as it usually takes me 5-10 minutes to unload my supplies from my car. And I usually add a 10 minute courtesy at the end no charge in case there is anything else you need me to do. I only have one request and that is if it’s hot outside or you see me sweating if you could please turn the air conditioner on. That would be greatly appreciated. I am down to earth and easy to get along with. I always make sure there is clear communication so I know what your needs are. I promise you I will do my best to get every streak, every stain or whatever task you give me. Thank you for the opportunity and I look forward to working for you.
