She was amazing. We had a kitchen remodel complete and I finished my college degree ..Al between Jan to May. My MBR and bathroom was a mess and it was the day after Mother’s Day…kitchen was a hot mess from 6 adult kids cooking for me. Kelly came in and made it immaculately clean. She checked in every step to see if I was pleased with what she had completed. Diligence and expedient!

Roman was excellent! She showed up on time and was very thorough with cleaning all the floors and surfaces. We will definitely be booking her again!

Kellie was very good. She worked hard at cleaning a very hard room to clean. She was insightful. I helped her. I think she spent a little too long in unnecessary areas. She barely did anything to the floor in the little room. She asked to be paid only for six hours even though she stayed longer.

I gave her a cash tip. She is amazing. I would love her to come back second week in June on a Tuesday or Thursday if available.

I wish to have her as my regular girl from now on ,as to the tip I left a little money on the counter, at least I thought I did. Moving forward I will discuss the tip with the cleaner if possible.

Always does an incredible job and makes my home feel brand new. Great communication, fast and thorough cleaner, and not afraid of my friendly (big) dogs who happily jumped up on her. Professional and gracious about my house (wrecked by said dogs and a 6 year old human). Went the extra mile and washed the windows inside and out without my asking.

Missed cleaning surfaces and wiping down kitchen counter and ledges of windows. Didn’t get 7 hours. Only 4.5 and extra hour was not done.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom very well. She washed all of the floors. When vacuuming, she didn’t get the edges of the room. She was going to stop cleaning after 2 hours but she didn’t dust at all. I stopped her and had her dust the house. Otherwise, she did a good job.
