Tracy was prompt and so friendly. I needed some deep cleaning & she worked very fast & efficiently. Now I’m enjoying a clean house. I highly recommend her.

Throughout her cleans she maintains a positive attitude and provides needed flexibility in her scheduling. I would recommend her to anyone with cleaning needs no matter how great or small!

Cyresha did a MUCH better job this time! I was pleased with the results. She slowed down and took her time and cleaned more thoroughly. She also apologized for the last cleaning, which showed guts on her part, and I appreciated that.

Of what was cleaned, it looks and smells very nice. We were disappointed that maybe there was miscommunication when I requested the “first floor only” yet our master bedroom and bathrooms didn’t get touched; only our kitchen, dinning room, and living room were cleaned while she was here 4 hours. Cyresha is very polite and asks to clarify specific cleaning needs/concerns before she does it. She pays attention to detail and even if you feel she is done, while she is packing to go, if she notices something was missed, she will still make sure to take care of it. I highly recommend her as a regular service!

Was very disappointed with this cleaning. House did not smell like it was clean. Recommend using soft scrub on all porcelain. Has small amount of bleach. Most importantly none of the windows were washed and I had paid extra for this. That why I allowed 6 hours.. not happy at all.

They did really good work but their vacuum left an odor in the carpets that smelled like old cigarettes
