People seem not to know how long a real clean can take if you have a 3 hr clean scheduled and have 2 bathrooms that all need extra attention it can take the whole time regardless what's on the list. A quality clean will take time and often times a whole house will take 4 hrs if we'll kept, if your a once monthly things will need extra attention taking more time. Lists are prefered but if the entire list takes longer than the scheduled clean schedule a longer clean in the future, low ratings on quality work because cleaning takes longer than some people are in knowledge of.
