She did a very through job. she did a deep in a house with 2 dogs that had not been deep cleaned in a long time.

Shelley did great with cleaning our kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. She started cleaning our living room but ran out of time.

Freisha was awesome as always. She is personable and professional. We even shared some great music recommendations during the afternoon. Everything looks beautiful!

Of what was cleaned, it looks and smells very nice. We were disappointed that maybe there was miscommunication when I requested the “first floor only” yet our master bedroom and bathrooms didn’t get touched; only our kitchen, dinning room, and living room were cleaned while she was here 4 hours. Cyresha is very polite and asks to clarify specific cleaning needs/concerns before she does it. She pays attention to detail and even if you feel she is done, while she is packing to go, if she notices something was missed, she will still make sure to take care of it. I highly recommend her as a regular service!

Victoria was amazing. She gleaned into my highlighted areas of concern, which were my floors, and did an exceptional job. She was extremely thorough and detailed.

Was very disappointed with this cleaning. House did not smell like it was clean. Recommend using soft scrub on all porcelain. Has small amount of bleach. Most importantly none of the windows were washed and I had paid extra for this. That why I allowed 6 hours.. not happy at all.

They did really good work but their vacuum left an odor in the carpets that smelled like old cigarettes
