I really like Jantzen how ever I was charged for a cleaning that was not done yesterday. I am sure this was the company and not Jantzen but I do hope they refund it until the cleaning is actually done

Appt was at 7:30 am and she rescheduled for 8:30-9:00 the same morning after I got up at 6:30 on a Sunday to prepare for her. My dresser in the spare bedroom wasn’t dusted. I asked her to vacuum the steps and she didn’t and there was still dog food in the kitchen floor where I had cleaned with the swifter before her arrival.
