Ralphema was a pleasure to have help me today! We just bought our house three days ago and there are boxes and things all over the place everywhere - and did the very best she could in light of the clutter! I would definitely have her again after we get things unpacked!

Everything was nice and clean and it was definitely the most professional and thorough cleaner from Homeaglow yet. It would have been five starts but for a couple items missed that were specified in the special instructions. Also, had trouble communicating after she left when trying to clarify the number of hours.

Troy did not put my house back in order. He left telling me that the floors in the kitchen and bath were not dry yet and so he had not put the rugs back. This was a 3 hour appointment to clean a 1000 sq. foot apartment. He did; however, have the time (20minutes) to go outside and make a phone call. I will not reschedule with him.
