Appt was at 7:30 am and she rescheduled for 8:30-9:00 the same morning after I got up at 6:30 on a Sunday to prepare for her. My dresser in the spare bedroom wasn’t dusted. I asked her to vacuum the steps and she didn’t and there was still dog food in the kitchen floor where I had cleaned with the swifter before her arrival.

Very fast and what I asked to have done, only complain is I’m being charged for 3.5 hrs and she worked 9:24 am to approx 11:30 am

Katherine arrived early with her cleaning supplies ready to work. We walked through the house as I explained what I wanted cleaned. She did her best considering we had no water all day. Good communication, cleaned what I asked, and importantly didn't clean what I asked her not to clean. I appreciated that.
