My mother said she did an excellent job but it was hard to communicate with her because she didn't speak English. Would prefer someone that speaks English.

Linitza arrived on time, was very kind and attentive any issues or concerns I had were properly addressed.

she was a bit hurried and missed a few things; I pointed out things that needed to be moved. Helped her move some recliners to get under. Over all it was better than I could do

I was expecting more than a light cleaning that’s why I booked 6 hours. I needs my floors vacuumed with a regular vacuum cleaner and my floors mopped using a mop and bucket not a Swiffer mop (my floors were left sticky and streaked). If these services aren’t provided then I have the wrong company.

The only negative thing I can say is that there were dirty dishes in the sink and the blankets on the couch were not folded, other than that Brandi did an awesome job, even on my 3 yr olds closet.

The cleaner that Amy used left a residue on various surfaces. Not a huge deal since it's evidence that she cleaned but slightly unsightly. It's so nice to come home to a nice and clean house!
