Hi! My name is Shara. I’ve been cleaning since 2004. I prefer empty units like move outs as well as the Air BNBs that could be a same day turn. I’m ADHD and cleaning has always been something I can hyper focus on. I’m fast, I’m efficient, I see cobwebs and I won’t heave your wooden floors by over mopping them. I clean every inch of the showers every time regardless of wether or not I think they’ve been used. I’m 47 years old so I’m not interested in drama nor am i interested in being spoken down to. I like things simple. I treat everyone with respect and i expect the same in return. There are no exceptions. I can be trusted to make your place look fabulous. I just need to know when the job needs to be done, where it’s located and access to the unit. I do not like 15 digit door codes and I don’t like standing outside with all my belongings trying to make phone calls to get into a job I’ve been asked to do. I will bring all of my own supplies aside from laundry detergent, fabric softeners, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. For example, the aiir bnbs always start with pulling all the bedding and starting the laundry if the guests haven’t already been instructed to do so and any dishes before I usually move on to bathrooms and bedrooms then living rooms ending in the kitchen. I don’t ignore entrance areas either. I will sweep off decks and I will bring my leaf blower for the dust and cobwebs that everyone else has already missed 20 times in a row before me. I end everything with my mini shop vac wandering around for any random dust or hairs that may have resettled. I assume everyone in the world has cameras so I act accordingly at every job. I’ve worked with some pretty loud and embarassing people. I am not one of them. I go in and clean and leave. I won’t be there trying to make friends with your neighbors. I will film a detailed video of the clean to send to you before I leave so you have something to go back to if guests break something or things go missing after guests leave or any kind of damages could be documented. I live in the Eagle River area but I don’t mind anchorage or the valley. Thank you. I look forward to cleaning for you.

My kitchen and bathroom are looking nice and sparkly. I am a little surprised that she did not check out the microwave inside ( it had some crumbs) and that nothing was done about some bad drips in the freezer. But altogether, a good job.
