A basic clean takes roughly 4 hours depending on size of house and how many additional bedrooms and bathrooms there are. Deep cleaning can add alot more time and take up to 6 hours or more depending on house and details needed. A BASIC clean breakdown by Rooms: KITCHEN: 35 min to Wash and scrub sink, Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, Wipe door handles and light switches, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, take out trash and recyclables, Sweep and Mop LIVING ROOM: 45 min to Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, Wipe door handles and light switches, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, Sweep And Mop floors, Take out trash and recyclables HALLWAY/DINING ROOM: 10-20 min to Sweep and mop or vaccum, superficial dusting of fixtures and photographs, wipe all mirrors and surfaces, BEDROOM: 45 min to Make beds and change linins, wipe any mirrors and surfaces, Wipe door handles and light switches, superficial dusting of fixtures and photographs, replace trash liner and take out trash, pick up laundry if applicable Sweep/ mop or vaccum. BATHROOM: 45-60 min to Wipe and sanitize toilet, shower bath and sink, Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, Wipe door handles and light switches, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, Sweep and Mop floors,Take out trash and recyclables **(tough build up requiring detailed scrubbing will be considered a deep clean and take more time) DEEP CLEAN will take more time as it requires attention to detail and more effort. Any number of these extras will make a 30 min clean into 60-80 min clean atleast , sometimes more. KITCHEN: Dishes, Clean out fridge: wash and sanitize all inside and outside surfaces, clean out microwave: Wash and sanitize inside and out Clean out oven and scrub racks Wipe down cabinets, wash Baseboards and Trim around windows, clean windows and grime around corners of windows, Dust or wipe blinds BATHROOM: Wash Baseboards, Wash any stains or marks on Drawers cabinets and walls, wipe windows, wash any grime build up on small corners of windows, wipe blinds, Clean Trim on windows, Organize and clean inside cabinets or drawers, scrub any excess build up off shower or tub, clean grout on tiles, if im required to move objects off shelves to clean then organize thats also gonna take more time.
