The tenant had very positive remarks of her work. Originally it was to be vacant but the tenant stayed, so it was nice of Natasja to work around their belongings. And, we first wanted routinely (every 4 weeks) but they will stay there now longer than expected. So, they will handle the cleaning for now. I will reconnect once they are moved out and into their own house...Thanks again

She came with a helper he did alright upstair needs to pay more attention to dusting. She did an amazing job to my stove but forgot to clean microwave and other side of my counter. Stephanie was very nice and quick, but there were some areas that were not thoroughly cleaned. I booked a 3 hour cleaning and she left shortly after the 2 hour mark. I believe if she had taken her time, the sinks and other areas could have been cleaned better.

Once again it’s been wonderful discovering the little extra touches after she left. I was working in my office for she was cleaning. I came out at one point, and saw that she was dusting. Dusting! Another time she was on her knees, scrubbing a part of the floor. Definitely a keeper!

Thorough and detailed while working, as well as quiet (especially compared to me when I do a big clean). Communication was a bit unclear so focus areas (this time) we’re not discussed in detail, but general expectations were understood and met well for our first cleaning.
