Very professional. I was super nervous because I got assigned a new cleaner after a month and a half. But I let laKisha do what she does, and I’m very satisfied with the results. She was professional, personable, and thorough. she was also very trustworthy. I left her in My Home for two hours. I came back and my house was clean. Next time I’m going to pay for laundry lol but I’m one happy lady

I would have given 5 stars but she didn't wipe down shelving in guest bathroom and windowsill and not sure she shook the rugs, she left them outside because she mopped her way out and asked if I could put them back. The fireplace was not vacumned off and there was still doghair in the bathroom corners. I will tip next time if she can do these things. I don't like having to go behind.

She did a wonderful job today. She did clean my bedroom and all it looks so well put together. I love the way that you organize my dresser and I’m a try to keep it that way, but I’m a junk person on the dresser but everything else I try to keep in order, thank you for doing so much for me. Charea is hands down the best! I have been going through a hard time and having her come in has been a true blessing! I’ve gone through private parties to clean previous, and she does a better job than any of them ever did. She communicates well, asks questions, and goes above and beyond what I was expecting! Not completely happy with the cleaning. The floor was still dirty in numerous places. The stovetop was not cleaned. She went 3 hours over (billed for 8 hours) when the previous cleaners were done in just over 4 hours total.

Nichole was ABSOLUTELY fantastic!!! She worked SO hard and got this MESS of a post-construction house spotless and shiney! What was so overwhelming for me is now such a breathe of fresh air and relief to come home to! It smells and looks Fantastic! My before and after pictures speak wonders. 110% recommend!!
