She’s really good she just takes a really long time to clean areas that aren’t even that dirty. I think she could be faster and get more cleaned in the time that she has.

Rose Ann is the best cleaner I’ve used through this site and definitely worth the higher price than the other cleaners in the area! Tried booking through a cheaper cleaner and it was NOT worth it. Will continue booking through rose Ann from now on.

Ana did an amazing job, the weather started getting really bad and I didn’t want her to get snowed in so I asked her to leave early. I fully expected to get charged for the full amount of the appointment but didn’t. For the time she was here she did amazing!!! I got burned from a previous cleaner and it’s refreshing to have someone so honest.

Lisa was very friendly with me, an 86 year old senior citizen. She did a great job of cleaning my house. Her mobile phone seemed to ring quite a bit, but she kept working and kept the calls short or didn’t answer them at all. I’m looking forward to having Lisa back on February 28th!

He did a good job didn’t have time to finish the baseboards and windows but all in all did a great job and was very nice.

I was told by Amy that new sheets were put onto the bed as well as the old sheets put into the washer. This however was not done at all. There was no sheets on the bed and the old sheets were thrown onto the floor.

Although I rated her a five, what she did do was great; however her vacuum broke so there was o vacuuming done, which was most important (2 dogs, 1 cat).
