Alice did a good job, and was easy to work with however, I asked her to do certain things and while she did those she did other things as well that I prefer to handle on my own. She ended up spending an extra 60-90 mins because she started with things I did not ask her to do.

Wow! I've had 3 other cleanesr thru this company and I was not happy.at all. BUT Jeremiah changed my mind!!!! When I asked him to do something the other cleaner had not done. He tackled Even though some things were so bad. I think I found my cleaner!!!

Jeremiah did a good job! Especially in our 3 bathrooms. He worked steady for the 6 hours! I do feel there were some missed opportunities when it came to dusting. For example fireplace mantle and tables in living room. Also some mirrors were missed too, in the dining room and living room mirror over the mantle. Otherwise great job!

This was our second cleaning. Like last time Patty did an excellent Job. Like is always she is friendly, professional and her work is very through.

Shower and bathtub were not done; toilets needed more attention. Garbage was not taken out from the waste baskets around the house. We paid for baseboards to be done. No baseboards were cleaned.

Ish is one of the best cleaners we have had with homeaglow - always pleasant, and a hard worker who is super efficient. Highly highly recommend.

It was our first time using this service. Felicia used her own supplies except the vacuum. Our bathrooms and carpets are really clean! She was about 10-15 min late but she worked really hard to get our place clean once she arrived. Her communication was good. Our house is about 2400 sq feet and I set it for a 3 hour cleaning but really needed to schedule it for 4 hours.

Was on time and did a thorough job. Friendly and considerate. She was well like by my cats. Helped put me at ease with my first time using a cleaner.
