The cleaning was great. The communication updates were also very good. However, the arrival time was a little late and she had to leave before completing my scheduled three hours of cleaning.

Super attention to detail in the kitchen. My backslash hasn't shined so bright! When Nicole arrived [on time] there was a ConEd power outtage which meant my stairs and carpet could not be vacuumed. Nicole adapted to the unpredictable evironment and said that she would sweep my stair with the broom. That response was golden!

Rochelle cleaned my parents home in Indiana. I’m in Florida, but my mom said she did a good job. She did say she spent an hour in her small bathroom, which was too long, but overall she did a good job. Thank you.
