I totally forgot to set out sheets, and just stripped the bed. I dropped them in front of the washer and closed the door, because I didn't have time to deal with it, as both washer and dryer were full. Instead of just finding sheets, Sheila folded everything, washed and dried the sheets and made the bed !! AMAZING!

This was the second time we had Eva come and clean for us. She is the only one we want from now on. She comes right on time. She is super friendly and even offers to do extra things that we would never expect her to do like put away the dishes in the dishwasher. I felt safe leaving Eva to go run some errands and it was so nice to come home to a clean home after a day of running around.

Scott and his partner did a great job cleaning our townhouse. They were personable and fun to talk to as well. They finished cleaning 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom in about 3 hours. We have dogs and a child. Dusting and vacuuming was a priority. They even got our ceiling fan. Great job team!

Leann and her coworker were an hour and forty five minutes late. This was not a good start to the cleaning session. Once they arrived, they got right to work. It is very important to me that the cleaners show at the time scheduled. I plan my agenda according to that schedule. She showed up one and a half hours late and I had a doctors appointment. She couldn’t finish the job. The cleaning products she uses left streaks on the mirrors that she cleaned in the bathroom. She is very nice but needs to be a little more professional on her job.

We had an issue at first where Amor completely missed the first day she was supposed to come clean the house, but she was able to offer a new time. She arrived 30min later than we planned, but she stayed the full 3hrs and did an excellent job cleaning. While timeliness may not be a strength, cleanliness is and I’d welcome her back when my schedule is flexible.

Jennifer is a hard worker. She is a great cleaner. She will tell what she is cleaning and if a spot can’t come off she will tell you why! She is very proffesional and will call you right before she comes to your appointment. She gets things clean and does not waste time. She is really good!

There were several areas that didn't get dusted or vacuumed. The glass top stove had a film on it. It seemed like she didn't even touch the laundry room. Other than that, she did a good job.
